Refund policy

Faulty, damaged or wrong items are refunded or replaced in full, including delivery, once you email [email protected] with your order number and a photo. Unopened goods can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the goods; return postage is yours unless the item was faulty. Refunds reach the original payment method within 5 working days of receipt.
